My name is Jay. I'm a 24-year-old living with a nonverbal learning disorder, severe anxiety, and ADHD.

I have joined this site in the hopes of meeting others like me who I can speak with.

I love staying active and keeping my mind moving.

I'm very much into music, movies, metaphysics, fitness, reading, traveling, and of course meeting new people!
